deutics is a free, publicly accessible information service about studying in Germany. It lists university programmes and institutions with their published requirements, and provides calculators to help you plan. There is no registration, no account and no payment of any kind. These terms apply to your use of the site as a visitor.

You may use the site freely for your own research. No account is required and none is offered. Automated bulk scraping, attempts to overload the service, and reproducing substantial parts of the database elsewhere are not permitted.

Programme and university data is compiled from public sources and is kept as current as we can manage, but requirements, deadlines and fees change and errors are possible. Always confirm the details on the institution's own website before you apply. Nothing here is legal, financial or immigration advice.

The site is funded by display advertising and by commission from a small number of partner links, which are always marked as a paid partnership. Neither advertisers nor partners influence which programmes or universities we list, how we rank them, or what we say about them. We are not party to any contract you enter into with a partner.

Do not use the site to distribute unlawful or harmful content, to interfere with its operation, or to circumvent technical limits. The final responsibility for the accuracy and submission of your university applications lies entirely with you.

deutics does not guarantee admission to any university. We are liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, or from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. For slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

We may modify these terms. The current version always applies and is published on this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Cottbus, Germany, provided the user is a merchant or a legal entity.
